GET AN ESTIMATE
Once we receive your request we will come visit you for a meeting to formulate a floorplan and quote based on your requirements and return it to you for review. When the proposal has been accepted we review the entire estimate, drawings and scheduling to make sure all parties are in agreement on the scope of the project and to make any necessary changes before development begins.
PROJECT START & SELECTIONS
Once the project begins, communication with the homeowner will be ongoing with project updates. Some selections will be confirmed from the onset while other selections will happen as the basement development progresses.

CONSTRUCTION
The construction project begins with framing. The rough-in consist of electrical, plumbing and H-vac followed by an on-site city inspections. Once the inspections have been approved, insulation, drywall, taping and texture are applied. Following the priming stage, door installation and millwork are completed. Trim and casings will be sprayed on-site and the first coat of paint is applied. Floor tile will be installed and depending on the features chosen, additional construction will be preformed at this stage of the project.
FINAL TOUCHES
The final coats of paint is applied. Electrical work is completed by adding lighting, switches and plugs. Final plumbing phase will also completed at this time by installing faucets, sinks and fixtures.The city will complete their final inspection to make sure everything is working correctly. Final touch ups to the paint will be applied. We offer complementary full professional cleaning service including ducts and furnace. Lastly, a final walk through with the homeowner is conducted.
